If you have read our review of the graphic novel Grandville by Bryan Talbot, you will know that we loved it. The art work is superb, the story is gripping. Our only complaint was the length. Before you had a chance to really delve into the world Talbot had created, the book finished.

Set just a matter of weeks after the first book, Mon Amour will find Detective Le Brock, our badger hero, racked with guilt for not being able to save his love, and chasing down a murderous fanatic. This time, however, Le Brock is squaring off against Scotland Yard, as well as the psychotic murderer.

This will hopefully give us a more in depth look at this alternate history and another two books are planned in the series.
