Snuff is a City Watch book - in my opinion they are the strongest series of the Discworld novels - and is due for release on 13th October 2011. With any luck Snuff will continue in the tradition of the last 10 or so Terry Pratchett books and be fantastic.
It has not yet been announced if there will be a special edition of Snuff. However, the last two - Unseen Academicals and I Shall Wear Midnight - were both released in fantastic, numbered limited edition hardback, so we can certainly hope so.
