I Shall Wear Midnight, the latest Discworld novel by Terry Pratchett, is set for release on the 2^nd of September. Great news, can't wait.

What is more exciting though, is the release of an extra special, numbered edition which is being released on the same day.

Sporting a beautiful turquoise slip case, discreet cover and a few added extras, this is a real treat for Pratchett fans.

There are a couple of downsides though. One being the lack of the great man's signature. It is hand numbered but not signed by the author, which is a shame real shame. Two being the price.  With an RRP of £40 it is not cheap, and, considering the lack of an authors signature, one might argue that you are not getting a lot for your money.

I happen to disagree, I think the beautiful presentation and the added extras make it well worth a purchase, but, please remember to get a library copy or buy the paperback when it is out to avoid getting jam stains or bath water all over it!
